Our Story
The seed of an idea of a local, community minded health and wellbeing space germinated when Nicky and Beck met. Both professional healthcare providers with a love of taking patient care beyond the treatment room and into the realm of Pilates, they realised that two minds are better than one. Especially when you have 5 young children between you.
A shared vision of a wellness space where all hurts are listened too, treatment plans are made from hand on treatment, through to rehabilitative exercise and beyond. Where all goals are celebrated, be they big (tick off that marathon) or small (pick up your baby without pain). A place where family life is enhanced by the care and information you receive.

Enter Traders Lane from McNulty Road. One Body Wellness is in the first building on your left, situated on the first floor. Enter the downstairs door; feel free to leave your buggy here keeping stairwells and fire escapes free. Come up the stairs and we are on your left.
